Terms

Last updated 27 October 2026

These terms cover your use of the BeginFit app. By using BeginFit you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Not medical advice

BeginFit gives general fitness guidance. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and Pip, the in-app coach, is not a doctor or physiotherapist. Check with a doctor before you start if you have a heart or lung condition, are pregnant, or had surgery in the last six months.

Stop exercising and get medical help if you feel chest pain, dizziness, numbness, or sharp or lasting joint pain. You take part at your own risk and are responsible for exercising within your limits.

The coach

Pip uses AI to write check-ins and answers. Replies can be wrong or incomplete, so use your own judgement. Pip can suggest changes to your plan, and a change is only made when you confirm it.

Subscriptions

Your use of the app

Don't misuse BeginFit, for example by trying to break, copy or resell the app or the coach service. We may limit or end access for anyone who does.

Availability and changes

We work to keep BeginFit running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or improve the app over time. If we change these terms, we'll update this page and the date at the top.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, BeginFit is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

Apple

These terms are between you and BeginFit, not Apple. Apple's standard licensed application end user licence agreement also applies.
